Freshnet Upgrades
We strive to continually improve our product , and Freshnet clients receive system upgrades at no additional charge. Semi-annual releases contain many new features and functions, largely based on input from our customers, which expand and further automate the capabilities of the system.
1st line Telephone Support for Suppliers
Freshnet also offers '1st Line Supplier Support' direct to suppliers, as an optional service, providing direct contact to Freshnet customer support representatives for any questions, re-training, or trouble shooting assistance.
